LANDSCAPE WITH INVISIBLE HAND
Premiered at the Sundance Film Festival on January 23
I worked as a lead on this fantastic show for several months. My primary task was to set standard, supervise and drive the show until final delivery from Assets. Few of the important assets were -

The gigantic floating city was one of the primary tasks for us on this show. The Director wanted a a certain look for the rocks and we had the base structure hand sculpted since the scale is really big. Then created custom Alphas to break the surface and add more details. We had to also model in all the city elements such as the buildings, trees and even a golf course!
Another crucial task was to create the mothership where all these creatures live. We went with the procedural - used Houdini to create thousands of caves within the ship, all of which had our custom rock details.
Apart from these, we worked on several other hero assets, props, vehicles, environment elements, creature correctives and Speedtree assets.
